Tres Amigos

A small one-two acre piece of land right in the middle of the island. On the land are a few fruit trees, a perfect shaded hammock and a swing.
This was an inaugural event to mark the first family cookout on the land.  Jack fish was grilled with two kinds of rice. Yellow rice with a black bean and white rice with fresh pea pods.

It was a perfect afternoon.
